Fisherman's Taco

There's nothing better than Taco Del Sol. It seems like everyone is craving it all the time; nobody can get enough of that good old downtown burrito-rolling, foil-shaping, fish-and-mission restaurant. The only downside to Taco Del Sol is that it closes at nine, so when we were desperately craving a fish taco around 9:30 last night, we sought to recreate our own. They turned out far better than expected, complete with corn tortillas, cabbage, quacamole and white sauce (we used a brand of tartar sauce called Marina which was about as close to the real thing as you can get). The night was nothing short of a grand success.ImageImage
