Tenting

A friend told us about a special camping spot on the coast of California that we got to try out last night. To get there, we drove three miles on a dirt road through some of the densest forest we've ever seen. On the other side, we found the campground, nestled in the long grass right on the edge of the ocean. We pitched our tent within viewing distance of the waves and the sun setting over the sea. We stayed up late, standing around the campfire and laughing at our own jokes -- which were hilarious, as always. It was the perfectest of nights.
