Little Harvest

Look at my tiny carrots! They are the cutest. It was my first attempt at growing...anything, so I'm pretty happy they even made it to thumb-sized. I figured I better unearth them before the frost comes. And it sure is coming fast; Missoula nights are getting cooler and it's feeling so autumny. Hooray for fall! And for tiny carrots too!

  1. I have to agree - those little bitty carrots are adorable! I've never grown any carrots myself so, good work!

The peach tart you made looks amazing by the way...

    1. thank you cortnie! i've been researching possible explanations as to why they ended so short and nubby. they only thing i can find is that i planted them too close together. but oh well- there's always next year to try to get some more substantial ones!
